What is Tool Room & Training Centre (TRTC)?

The Tool Room & Training Centre (TRTC) in Guwahati was established by the Government of India to meet the tooling and training needs of industries in the North Eastern Region. The State Government of Assam have provided the land and initial building for the center.

Registered as a Government of India Society on February 24, 2000, TRTC is located in the Amingaon Industrial Area, on North Guwahati Road, Guwahati-781031. The campus includes an Administrative Block, Training Block, Modern Workshop, Knowledge Centre, Staff Quarters, and a Hostel.
