opportunity, looking to hire 70 Graduate & Technician Apprentice posts
across various trades/disciplines. Those who are interested and meet the

BCPL Apprentice Recruitment 2024 Overview
For the position of Graduate Apprentice, there are 50 openings with
vacancies in various disciplines:
- Mechanical: 10
- Chemical: 12
- Electrical: 7
- Instrumentation: 6
- Telecom: 1
- Computer Science: 1
- Civil: 3
- Contract & Procurement: 2
- Human Resources/PRCC/Marketing: 6
- F&A: 2
Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in the relevant engineering
branch with at least 55% marks. For Contract & Procurement, Mechanical
Engineering graduates with 55% marks are eligible, while HR, Marketing PR/CC
& Security, Marketing require a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with
a minimum of 55% marks. F&A candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree
in Economics, Statistics, or B.Com with a minimum of 55% marks. The stipend
for this position is Rs. 11,500 per month.
As for the Technician Apprentice role, there are 20 positions available with
openings in the following disciplines:
- Mechanical: 5
- Chemical: 6
- Electrical: 5
- Instrumentation: 4
Applicants for this position should have a Diploma in the respective
engineering branch with a minimum of 55% marks. The stipend offered is Rs.
9,550 per month.
The training duration for both positions is one year. The advertisement

Age and Other Criteria of BCPL Apprentice Recruitment 2024
Candidates should be at least eighteen years old, and their upper age limit
should not exceed 28 years as of January 31, 2024.
For age relaxation, there's a 5-year relaxation for SC/ST candidates, 3
years for OBC candidates, and 10 years for Persons with Disabilities.
As for the eligible batches, candidates who completed their studies in 2019,
2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 can apply. However, those who have already
undergone training or have work experience for a year or more after
acquiring the necessary qualifications are not eligible.
